    Those look nice, Tom.

Strong-Like-Bull, too; you could probably pick the truck up with a crane using one. :muscleflexing:

Thanks guys! Was a bit worried the FJ wasn't what I wanted but it is starting to come together nicely now. Just need to figure out what to do about this dildo of a shift knob it has.

Anyone in ABQ with a 16 want to help a fabricator out with access to your truck?

Want to design some Fog light replacements to mount LED pods. May require modification to your truck. But in return I will give you free mounts and pods at cost!

Larry H Miller @ Eubank & I-40 did the timing belt on my 3.4L at 95k miles. No issues with it or the work done when I sold it at 145k miles.

Went up to Forest Rd 333 to take some pictures for Vin @ SCS Wheels. Nothing super spectacular but thought I'd share. The FJ is really coming together.DSC_1458.jpgDSC_1460.jpgDSC_1462.jpgDSC_1477.jpgDSC_1479.jpg

I don't have the paperwork anymore but I think they quoted my $500 for labor and there were parts on top of that. They got it done same day. Dropped it off first thing in the morning. Picked it up at the end of the workday, around 5pm. Think they called me around 2 or 3pm to let me know it was done. Labor prices are all by the book. Call them and tell them what you want done, they should be able to get you a quote on the phone or call you back in a bit with one.

I have no experience with American. Larry H Miller has always done things right for me. Even warrantied an A/C clutch because they misdiagnosed the problem and it burnt up right after install.

Toyota recommends the timing belt every 90k for the 3.4L. I'm assuming that's what you have.

    Tom, the FJ looks awesome.

The dealerships are pretty costly, and the job isn't too tough as a diy if you've got the tools and time. My buddy runs a small shop downtown and be can help, too. He'll be under the cost of the dealer and he's don't lots of work on lots of my vehicles. He and his partner are ase certified masters and work on lots of Toyota and Honda. His shop number is : 433-2448. Abq quality auto. Tell him tony sent ya, and he'll either punch you in the mouth, or give you a discount.
