Quanz is good but $$$

 

I have USAA and used Quanz and they were great.

Only if your deductible is high.

 

I've sent a few people to a shop that's next to my buddy's, its off lomas and broadway. The dude there works by himself, but he's fair priced and does good work. I'll check and see what its called if you're interested.

 

Does anyone have a 01-04 tacoma grill not being used? Wanting to color match mine but it's always nice to have a second one incase things go haywire.

 

Current plan as of 3:05PM (it has been all over the place) is to take it to Quanz and have them do the full repair. USAA will tow it there since it is a shop they use and they will deal with everything. I really need to follow up on the warranty and grace period in which I can make sure everything is working perfect.

Talking with my wife I think once I get it back, I am going to take a lot of the parts off, get it cleaned up and sell it... Then probably jump into a 4th Gen V8 4Runner like I was thinking about when I thought it was a total loss. A lot of my parts will swap onto the 4Runner and I can have something that hasn't been stolen.

If anyone wants a good deal on a 2nd Gen let me know!

 

wow finally made it back to the thread stolen taco @MojaveMadman ill be on the look out for it as well ill be headed up through the jemez this week and will keep and eye out at few places ive seen vehicles ditched at. total bummer!

well i totally missed that part! haha well glad you got it back hopefully insurance does you right, when i had my car stolen it was pretty trashed some wannabe gangsters took it for a joy ride, trashed the interior, burnouts, dents, glass shattered. believe it or not it was just barely over the threshold for a total loss!

oh and btw not sure if you still have that lightbar?

 

I do still have it! Almost caught up with the many projects I have going on, we could get it mounted soon if you want it. I don't remember any of the prices I quoted you though, haha.

 

ha ha yea i still want it and it was free-fifty- free ha ha jk ill go thru the pm's and see what it was.

 

Chris -- I was looking through your page last night. When ish settles down, I'll probably take some fogs from you (also once you get the plug and play harness in), as well as a stealth light bar...

To be honest, although you've got a lot of time and money in her, i'd sell the truck too. Nothing like dating your best friends girl... or something like that.

 

I have mounts in stock, your welcome to come get them any time. I'm not involved in the truck at all because it's not in my hands right now...

As for uppers, that will be some time. I have no idea when I will get the truck back. They are the billet ones, they have new uniballs from last March as well as new spindle inserts. They are $1200 new so I'm thinking $750 is a very fair price for them.

I'm in no rush. My lift was supposed to be here last week, its currently AWOL. I called Demello to see where it is but am still waiting on follow up.

Typically no but I have a 4D new in box that was gunna go on my truck, so it can be yours haha. I have a couple used ones too.
