Little bit of this and that
Must be the market up there, drive a little south and east and you find stuff like this.

dang i knew colorado was a bad place to buy toyotas but i guess NM is now too. i do constantly see taco's and 4R's on the roads here

in other words, i guess you can say NM tested positive for TacomaVirus :humble:

I picked up my RC two years ago in Fort Collins I got a great deal up there. Prices for an RC with more mileage in NM were pretty crazy then.

Welcome! There's a thread here for wheeling trips, not much action lately but it pays to keep tabs on it. "NM Adventure Series".

hey bud! having fun building the 2nd gen. and man, what an upgrade from the first gens. you ever thought of getting one of these big boys?

nice to have the extra power, interior room, and of course lots of cupholders to stuff full of "leftover" bolts and electrical tape

I bought my 1st-gen new in '04, and expect it to last the rest of my life. I'm retired now, on a small fixed income, so the Golden Goat will have to do for me. :D
I live out in SW Rio Rancho now; if you ever get out to the Puerco again I'd be glad to go with you. My house is 8 miles from the big dune at the end of Southern.

hell, that first gen will last 500k+ im sure of it. i had a friend in high school that had a '96 with over 600k on the clock, orignial engine just kept up with maintenance.

but i just got a lift on it and took the old 33's from the previous truck to hold me over for a couple months. wanna get some sliders on there next then it'll be ready for a puerco run!

I always end up in that parking lot when I go to Las Cruces. There always seems to be a Tacoma or two there.

I mean, depending on work I wouldn't mind a fat steak. Not sure if its worth the 600 mile trek.
