Billies only lift 2.5 :( with a spacer maybe it'll get to 2.75, but requires no extended breaklines or anything, but if i could go back i would get longer break lines. when the rear end is fully extended the breakline gets pretty tight but it should be okay..

lotta other guys run the same set up i have and there are no issues with breaklines.

I don't wanna get into having to diff drop or anything like that, and I like to romp the truck every now and again, but nothing totally serious. I'd be happy with 2.5. In order to do that lift I'll need:
    4 x 5100's
springs up front, (not necessary, but my choice)
    add-a-leaf's for the rear.

    Anything else?

Weathertech mats; Wet Okole seat covers; Kobalt Lowpro truck box,(sitting in the shed) Snugtop Hi-liner camper shell; AFE Pro Dry air filter, Tailgate Hoseclamp mod; 5100s all around, Light Racing UCAs, OME 885 coils, OME Dakar Leafs, CB Drop, Driveline spacer. Epoxy Satoshi; Redline Hood Struts. 4x Mil Spec. bed D rings; Brute Force Fab custom DCLB Hybrid Sliders, ARB w/ Warn M8000 wench, Diff Breather mod, Alpine Deck w/ ipod cable. Iphone ziptie to rearview mirror 4wd-cam mod!

heres my list that I am halfway into. I am pretty much in the same boat. offroad infrequently, but def. load the bed a lot (thus wanting the Dakars )
also consider the OME shocks (nitro ?) as equivalent and maybe better then 5100s w/ 885 coils
    I got:
    4x5100s
    Light racing UCAs
    OME 885 coils
    rear axle shims
    I need:
OME Dakar Leafs (gives 2" lift I think)
    carrier bearing drop,
    u bolt flip kit
    steel braided brake lines (maybe)
    Skids/bumpers/sliders

I think thats the basics. The UCAs are important. The leafs are important...

The toytec ultimate lift kit is a good option, or the OME lift package. i chose to purchase everything separately, and I am not sure i saved that much....
$1069 for the whole package.... maybe not the best deal, but prolly quite competetive.
I got a TW discount code from TW member Neubs for Toytec.... 7% IIRC.
I would call em for the lowdown. theyre in Denver i think.
    or
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/toytec-lifts/74347-discount-code.html

GL! search the suspension forum too. I learned a bunch... Like why UCAs really are a good idea....etc.:D[IMG]

I'll put up some bumper pictures soon. I'm down in ruidoso right now. Heading back home tomorrow. We'll probably stop in abq for rei and some food. I'll sell the coils and 5100's probably in february. They'll be a good deal. About 8,000 miles on them. Not sure how much but probably $200 for the whole package.

Greg -- anyway I can convince you to upgrade sooner? I'm about ready to lift my truck today -- ie, on jack stands wheels off, etc...

Seriously, gonna need to do brakes in the next 2-3k miles, and wanna kill 2 BIRDS (hahaha!!! get it?! huh? am I funny?!), with 1 stone....

Ramon -- cool shit man! Satoshi time....

I could probably push it to mid january but that's about it. I'd certainly give the NM brethren first dibs though.
Cool Ramon! I'm just on my phone right now but I'll check the link when I get back on a real computer.
