ya true that and with my luck i usually get the dick heads like when i got pulled over for my exhaust, but i think cops have to have permission from the property owner (if its private property) to issue a citation i think?

Anybody here running the M1 0W-30? I decided to give it a go since it's cold outside and I won't have to fret, (knock on wood), about catastrophic engine damage if the stuff sucks. Gonna drive to Phoenix tomorrow, so I'll see how it does as far as the mileage.

I think so. I don't even know if there are additional additives in there. The theory is obviously, lighter weight, less resistance, less force to drive the piston = more efficient power.. however, I'm sure its more susceptible to breakdown at lower temperatures, and will carry a shorter change interval. It says that its warranty safe for vehicles requiring 5w30 and 10w30 oils though..

me and alex were talking about this oil a few pages back and i have read some pro's and con's of the 0w, with the biggest pro being that 0w will ensure proper lubrication upon start-up, but from what i read after running for sometime the 0w serves no justice because the viscosity is just to light when the oil heats up, there are a few guys running that 0w and i have read a few threads about it on the boards here.

I currently run M1 5w-30 syn. but i might give the 0w a whirl after all it says its safe and guaranteed.

i agree with southern after we talked about it i did some research on it....and yes the lower the number the low the viscosity. but if you try it out let us know if you notice any thing different!

only thing i can think of are....
    --enging
    --clutch
    --rust

actually no i was helping my gf's dad in the yard while i was painting (color match) i had just put the last coat on it was perfect! and i put the grill back in with out the tabs or screws and lacthed the hood but didnt close it, let it dry while i was helping for about an hour or two.

then my gf and i decided to run to walgreens and i drove off with it and we got around the corner realized that my hood wasnt closed so i got out closed it. dorve back to her house.

about two hours later or so completly forgot that i didnt put the screws in or tabs drove off again we were going to the mesa i was on the free way and i freaked out cuz my hood was jumping up and down, i was like fuck i didnt close it right!!! went to pull over on the shoulder and when i slowed down to like 5mph it just fell out and i ran over it.

god i was so pissed!! i just want to walk out right in front of the next semi haha
