    well i did it in stages, but you can prob do it in a weekend just need a dremel, fiber glass (its not hard at all), some bondo, a little spray paint, and whatever grill insert you wana use i know you said you have one already

    but i still have some stuff left over from my failed attempt if you want it just let me know

    Careful with the grille...Dont fuck up like thien did to mine...take ALL THE TIME YOU NEED..i mean for christ sakes i have screen door material for my grille...Yellow / white paint for the color matching and part of my grille sanded away.. if you want i can help you i need to redo mine.. it's a sad story..

    Got back from PHX today. The oil don't really do shit. I got about 14mpg on the way there, cruise control, 80mph. On the way back, I got about 17, no cruise, 95.... I don't think there was a significant difference in winds -- I did however add some lucas fuel treatment for the trip back. I didn't see any difference at all with the oil. I'm sticking to 5/30.

    The trip to avid was pretty dope. I'll take some pics of the unfinished mounted stuff tomorrow, hopefully I'll be able to get it painted tomorrow afternoon and mount it up saturday night or so.

    I'm also going to do satoshi next month too..

    haha yup you deff need to take your time on the grill the first go around my fiber glass was a little finky cuz i was in a hurry, and i didnt take enough time on the bondo.

    but after i painted the inside black it really wasnt bad at all, and its deff not hard ill be down to help you guys out give every one a few pointers haha.

    but to bad i dont have mine anymore or id show you what i did....and not what to do

    o ya anthony before i forget, i went and checked out the runner today and the guy selling it is a yota mechanic he had a bunch of them out front.

    but i didnt really get that great of a chance to talk to him because he had to leave pretty much when i got there, and im gonna go back maybe next week and talk to him.

    but i was thinkin maybe he can fab up a bumper for you since he is familar with tacomas???? just a thought i can ask him next time i see him if you want?

    i honestly have no idea i only talked to him for about 5 min about the runner, but i think he does body work and things like that but ill deff have to ask him about it maybe if he can itll be cheaper than 1200 bucks haha.

    i have a roll of stucco mesh left over from mine if you or anyone else wants to use it.

    i know it sounds really ghetto but it lookes pretty look for the time being till you get somethin better, i have some pics of my old grill up in my photos if anyone wants look at the stucco mesh
