How about headlights, skid plate, power seat, exhaust, grill, scoop, and a couple of other items I missed.

Oh, my bad, I somehow read California! West Coast brain. I'm in the thinking-meetings field, too, so I can fully appreciate a hands-on hobby as an outlet. Something great about having a start and finish, with a physical product, and with all the problem solving in between.

You could say this about all of the "color" threads as well.

Nope, but when I was getting my 265/75/16s put on before moving to my 285s, the tire guy pushed so hard for me to get those! He claimed there would be no problem at all. I have seen others put them on fully OEM, but rubbing seems to vary truck to truck.

Hahaha....anyone else think I've kinda proven my point? A lot of strong feelings on this thread already from our non-pro colleagues.

    You're alright!

And thanks for mentioning my service. Tomorrow, April 1, 2022 marks 11 years since I retired and 36 years since I left SoCal/LA to join the USAF.

I am blessed with a family of my own since marrying a Scottish girl who's family moved from Coatbridge Scotland to Haverhill, England where I was introduced to her within hours of landing in the UK.

As for this thread, I would have loved to buy the TRD Pro. I'm happy with my Sport and even happier that I've done mods to it.

Also, I have a skewp which definitely adds some pizazz to the look of the front of the truck!

Ah a career man, even more respect! And what, didn't want to move back to CA :) I lived in the Pasadena area and Newport for about a decade. I definitely miss the weekends there. Also, I'm jealous that you likely have many excuses to get to the UK. Without googling, if my memory serves me, your wife is from a small (?) town outside of Glasgow? I want to go back to Scotland for a number of reasons, including the much cheaper Scotch!

Yes, people can hate on the scoop all they want, but it looks good! You really can't go wrong with a Tacoma no matter the trim. I think we can all admit that you can certainly make them worse, however.
