Hey guys! Have a 2013 access cab. My pops bought it new, he originally thought it was a 4x4, it is a rwd prerunner. He was going to return but the dealer sold it at $27k eoy sale. He thought about it, and realized he didnt need a 4x4.

He passed away a few months back, just been driving it everyday, only had 112 or so miles on it, as he had a 91 mustang notchback 5.0L, and a 74 c10 454, that he drove all the time. The mustang has 80k some miles. His c10 has barely 11k miles since he had a shop do rebuild.

He wished the truck looked like a TRD PRO, taking a likening to the grill, he wanted to level the truck, so will prob look into what to do for that, he liked the ford raptors larger side steps, dunno how I will find something like that haha.

I dont go off roading, but I do live in a dark at night area of AZ, so looking to add rigid lighting. He already added HID headlights, and led bulbed fogs, will look into reverse light options as well.

Thats about it! Time to lurk!

    Welcome.

May i suggest having someone else drive your new truck while you drive a stock height car around at NIGHT?

Have them both follow you at an acceptable distance (lights on obviously), and also a couple times coming at you (opposing traffic).

Most hids in a reflector based housing blind the absolute shit outta others. Plus, cop magnet and an easy ticket for them especially if bluish lights
