I am looking for your opinion on what leaf pack would be good for my setup.. I carry a constant load of about 500lbs and I want to end up with 1.5 inches of rear lift.. I've been leaning towards the EL095R, but I saw that those lift the truck 2.75 inches with 0lbs load. I'm wondering if you think the 500lbs constant load would make the springs settle down 1.25 inches? or what do you think my best option would be?

That's what I thought. Should've just said if I add a extra main leaf will it make it the 96R? His rambling made it hard to understand

When installing the dakars, do completely remove stock leafs including the stock overload bars?

Running ELO95Rs without the long overload, rides great, less vibration, good 2 inch lift. Havent tested the load capability yet.

That's what I'm thinking I want to do!! Trying to level the front makes my foxes too stiff!! Would you say they run softer? The el095r just seems a bit stiff to me!!! Let me know what you think @dustin912 !!

Ride was great ended up going back to stock stupid takeoff shutter with lift. Although the ride sucks.

Old Man Emu 3” Dakar leaf set + 1 leaf Pro comp wheels BFG K02 275/70/17 A.R.E. MX cap Tekonsha p3 brake controller
So, you have the 96 with an AAL? Or did you end up just using the 96? What is the ride like? Im getting an OME lift with 275/70/17 and not sure what lift pack to go with. The concern is that if I AAL it’ll ride too stiff since it states the 96 is already made for a constant load of 1000lb. I have the exact same setup (ARE Mx cap, platform w/ drawer loaded with gear, extra wide Thule racks, cargo box etc) prob in the area of 5-600 lb not including passengers at all times.
My other question is.... Is the 95R leaf pack with and extra leaf added just going to make a 96R?

I thought ARB states the 96 is rated at 660lb constant load giving ~2.75". Of course the lift height varies from truck to truck.
