    I can measure and get back to you. My truck isn't my daily driver and I keep it garaged at my mother's home a town over. It might me tomorrow after work before I get back to you.

    CenCal805 - One more question for you, it is irrelevant to those of us who will purchase the new packs but...

    If you don't mind me asking? What did you pay for your new leafs? You mentioned above how you ordered CS047R's but received EL096R's instead. What price did you pay? The EL096's are priced right above $500. From what I have searched there are a couple vendors local for me who still have the CS047R's in stock for $412 after tax.

    I don't mind at all. Like I said before, I ordered and received an invoice for OME CS047R and D29XL and was sent the EL096R and the EL46XL. I placed the order on April 20th and it took them 2 1/2 weeks to ship my order which is why I probably got the newer version. This is what I paid from Wheeler's:
    OME CS047R Set-$412.30
    OME D29XL Set-$58.00
    Wheeler's Bushing Set-$15.69 (They threw in an extra set cause the new EL096R leafs don't come with the front eye bushings)

    You almost make me feel like I got a deal, now. I paid the old price for the new parts.... Still would have liked to have had the CS047R springs, they are tried and tested and everybody loves them. If I were you, I would pay less for the CS047R leafs because they are known to be solid and well made. We don't know anything about how these new springs are going to hold up. So what if they have better isolators pads if they sag and settle a bunch and aren't as good as the CS047R. They might be better, but everybody loved the old version, so why not go with what you know will be solid. Just my .2 cents.

    I just got a set of CS047R Dakars plus the d29xl aal from a local (good) dealership. The Dakars were the updated version with yellow puck style isolators on all leafs, no front OEM rubber bushing and also had the centre isolators (as seen on the new model pack in OP). The d29xl was drilled and had isolators installed before I put them into the pack so I'm now running 6 leafs with 2 overloads. Honestly my Dakar pack looks nicer than ARB/OME's new product number Dakars.....glad I got the old style.

    Here is a crappy iPhone pic from after I finished installing the d29xl aal.

    @HeadStrong Off-Road

    As mentioned in your OP....you will now be providing a set of your poly bushings for the new OME leaf packs. I have a set (neither Dakars or poly bushings installed yet) but how tight are these supposed to be in the spring eye? The reason I ask is because I've seen that the OME yellow poly bushings needed to be hammered/tapped into the spring eye but the HS provided ones seem to have a slightly smaller diameter and pretty much fall into the spring eye. There is also slight back and forth or side to side movement. Is this normal?

    Can the isolators from the new packs be added to the old packs? I haven't installed mine yet so now would be the time to do it.

    @HeadStrong Off-Road

    are you still offering the CS047R? I've already purchased U-bolts and bushings intended for the CS047R and don't want to have to buy all new hardware.

    They are completely sold out, sorry!
    The bushings and ubolts will still work. The eye diameter of the springs did not change and the ubolts length is sufficient to support the thickness of the new packs.

    Once the spring bolts are torqued and the tabs are pulled in and compressed against the bushings and sleeves all should be good. We have noticed this with the energy bushings and it has to do with spring eye and bushing tolerances.
