Hey @HeadStrong Off-Road i have the CS047R leaf pack and it squeaks like holy hell. Traced it to the retainers that are falling apart.
Can those be upgraded or replaced at least?

I am not 100% sure that there is a replacement but I would recommend contacting ARB directly at 425-264-1391 and talking to someone in their tech department. I have had some customers go through and have some successful warranty claims on the leaf packs in general.

Without reading through 30 pages. I have the el095r pack and am trying to add the el46xl leafs. Could someone tell me how and where they go? Are they supposed to come with isolators? Thanks

3rd leaf from the top so basically in line from longest to shortest. The do not come with isolators from ARB currently but I have had some people contact ARB to get a set from them under warranty since they had intended on them coming with them in the future. I can't promise anything though since it is up completely up to their discretion with this.

Thanks for the reply, I figured it out. No squeaks yet, was curious about the isolators.

Who else is running standard 5100's with shock extenders installed? I don't do much rock climbing but i do so some mild trails and mostly pavement (Daily Driver).

I have the 96r measuring out at 24.5in with standard 5100's now.

Thanks, how does it ride now? What’s the final measurement for the rear?

It is good. Will say that the front is a much better ride than the rear. I do think that the rear is a little under dampened in my truck. I have 5125s in the back. I have weight as well - shell, platform, some added armor.

I have the old Dakar pack too. Top OL leaf pulled like you but threw in the optional AAL. I have Icon 2.5" remote reservoir shocks and their hydro bumps
A little stiff unloaded but that's rare for me. I'm sure it will settle a little.
Pretty happy with it (aside from squeaks).
    Maybe try that!

don't know if this was answered previously, but having the older cs047r pack with d29xl, I could add a second d29xl for added lift and load capacity?

Yes you can. It will increase the spring rate by another 15% or so. The ride will also be firmer as a result.

I just received my Dakar leaf pack.

When installing does the arrow on the Dakar leaf have to point towards the rear or front of the truck??

That’s what I thought until I saw this video.

He seemed to installed his arrow facing the rear.

    Anyone else can confirm?

He mounted the rear shackle on the end opposite of the arrow. The arrow goes towards the front of the truck.
