Thanks, I'm planning on maybe getting a 3in lift kit on it and putting diffrent wheels on it. But giving it some thought, cause I don't if they are any problems that may occur if I raise it up, specially a new truck.

 

Yeah lifting 3" or higher starts to get more complicated than anything under 3", but plenty of guys with 3rd gens have done it. Just have to be sure to invest in a good kit.

Another thing to consider is your factory warranty. A lift "shouldn't" violate any warranty, by law a dealer can't do that unless they can prove the lift directly caused a problem. That being said, it can still cause headaches depending on your particular dealership. Some are cool with aftermarket modifications, some aren't. Some just need to be reminded, lol.
