Found UWS box at Topper World. Thanks guys. However, Topper World in Slidell gave me a price $70 cheaper than in Gretna. Definately worth the 30 min drive. Also, if I wasn't going to install myself, they were only charging 15 bucks. Not bad.

I'd be interested in a meet up. Be fun to flood a place with nothing but Tacomas.

Maybe someone will start a NOLA area meetup thread. There or a good grille or restaurant in the area. Closer for the Northshore people.

Been out for a while. I was excited to see this meetup developing.
Quite a few good places to meet in NOLA area. If you're a beer fan, Lager's is always good. About 100 beers on tap. Not much parking, but we could park at Lakeside and walk over. We could alway BYOB and grill it up at the Lakefront, even though I haven't hung out there in about 10 yrs. Bonnabel boat launch and Williams boat launch are decent.
Just trying to think of places with ample parking.

Another good place would be the fly (park behind Audobon Zoo). I'm game for pretty much anywhere. Just hope I can make it.

Just got my new truck this week. Ready to meet up. Any concrete ideas? Audubon Park, the Fly, was a good suggestion.

Where do you guys take your tacomas in for service around here? I was just trying to see if there are cheaper options than the dealer. My Tacoma has over 100k miles and all I ever done were oil changes.

With my old Tacoma, I did all of the maintenance myself. My new one has 6k, so I haven't really had any maintenance experiences yet. I can recommend a great mechanic who runs a shop in Metairie. The name of the shop is Excellent Automotive Service and is located one block off of the Nothwest corner of Clearview and Airline. Ask for Danny. He does great work and is reasonable on prices. He also honors extended warranties, as long as you are not mandated to have your service done at Toyota.
