Car guy who doesn't know squat about Taco's, just bought an '05 from a relative. Havent even transferred title yet. The prob, he removed all the emblems except the TRD on the rear bedside, so im guessing at what I have. I believe its an 05 pre-runner, 4.0 (v6), 2wd, auto, access cab. Has the stock Bilsteins (great shocks!). Is there any way to confirm or look for? Also, need the towing cap, I believe its 6500lbs, is that correct? Thanks.

05 and first half 06 V6s have a headgasket issue so also check your build date when you run the VIN
