Hi All, Greg here, new owner of a 2021 Limited. Only have a couple of thousand miles on it since purchase last year.

cut to the chase, my a/c quit yesterday. Howled momentarily on startup then nothing. Light shuts off on dash control after a few seconds but no cold air no compressor cut in.
Wiring and fuse details are very sketchy so I am not sure where to look for what controls the circuit.

can anyone enlighten me where to locate fuses relays etc? What I found in the main fuse box is in good order, all fuses good and relay labelled MG CLT (magnetic clutch?) test good but I can’t see what wire to energize to test the clutch itself.

    any help would be appreciated!

Have you checked both fuse boxes (under driver's dash and under driver's side hood)?
Also, was it your AC compressor/clutch making the howl, or your ventilation fan?

I have checked both fuse boxes and all fuses good. Sound felt as though it was interior but not sure as my hearing is not what it once was. Cannot repeat it as it will not do what it did initially. Heater fan is working normally. Problem is limited to AC circuit will not engage.

If it still has any warranty on it, I'd suggest having the dealer take a look at it, otherwise, I'd look for an independent automotive AC shop (with a good reputation) to diagnose the issue.
