First off, if there is a thread I can be directed to great, but haven't found one for questions about lifts in general.

I just picked up my 2020 TRD OR in late July and want to lift the truck maybe 2-2 1/2 inches for a larger set of tires. I do not want a cheapo spacer left that is going to increase wear on front end components and decrease my actual off road capability etc.

So, if anyone has a suggestion that would be much appreciated.

    Cheers

Easiest shortest no brainier answer is OME 2". You can, if you wish, stop the madness right there and never look back. Or you can disappear down the rabbit hole.

Great middle of the road lift is
    OME (old man emu)
    Dobinson

    After that you either want
    Fox or King

Remember u need to buy leaf springs too, shocks dont lift, springs do

    Welcome to TW!

Edit: bilstein 5100’s are a budget favorite for people who dont off road much, the valving is better for street use.

Check out the OME lifts and search for that here on TW. Cruiser outfitters has all of them. I'm sure you know them if you run an 80.

If running 33" with no lift on your OE wheels would be of interest, many have done so. No lift, trim, cab mount chop, etc required.

Save $, increase actual ground clearance at the axle line, increase vehicle capability.
