I called D.O. today for an eta to get one for my fiance's truck and it didn't seam like they were going to roll out any time soon. They said they had only produced one and didn't record the spec's for the laser cutting. Said they could make me a custom one for around $800-1200 and would need to have my truck for 3 days. So it looks like anyone who likes it will need to call them to push them to mass produce it in order to get the cost down. For that cost i found 2 other bumpers that i like just the same that i wont have loose the truck for 3 days to get.

Not trying to steal DO's thunder or anything, but Relentless Fab has one thats quite similar and might be a bit cheaper than getting DO to custom make one for you.
