Ok, I should clarify, I *assume/guess/think/have no real idea but it seems like they have a new model in the works. Its currently on the owners truck and they live down the street from me. I do apologize for making this sound like I have insider information other than a visual.

It is on Thomas' 3rd gen in the background. I took this photo when we picked up our mesa in Feb. You can see the side panels angle out a little if you zoom in.

I could be wrong but my buddy picked up his Badlander a few months back and was talking to the owner about that camper. I believe the owner told him it was just a one-off for the owner's family because the just had a kid and wanted more space. This doesn't mean they wont eventually offer it but I would guess they will stick with their current gen 2 design for a while.

Can anyone confirm that the Topo uses triple bulb seal? I don’t have one handy to measure the lip width of.

    Thanks!

Thanks! One person said triple, another said double. Either way I think the triple will work just fine.

Very interesting. I wonder why they didn’t cut that edge and continue. Thank you!

Yes, only because I’m getting a used one and half the price of a Nomad now. It should work just fine!

Finally got mine on. Used, but in great condition. Having had a Vagabond (two) before, this isn't exactly up to that build quality. But it is stout, lightweight, and the truck doesn't really care about it being there. Now to build a wind deflector and start the interior build...

Nice. Full size single cab might be the best combo. Hard to find anymore.

Im sure this has been discussed but has anyone come up with a good replacement for the latches on the tent? Maybe something keyed. I cant fathom why they would make such a nice camper and put these crappy latches on it.

Has anyone installed a roof rack system on their topo topper that also has the maxxair fan installed as well?

Wondering which rack system you used that will clear the 5” height (when closed) of the fan.

I have a rhino rack system but am having difficulty finding a track mounted tower tall enough to clear the fan height.
