Regarding cargo doors - I was able to order my badlander with the new in-house doors they are rolling out soon. They aren’t officially priced out yet but they said I can just pay for them on my second installment. Thomas explained the design and it’s basically the same as SP with the flange inside to divert rain when open.

Yep - Maximum bed access. Not quite cabana mode, but close enough. Nothing else on the market combines bed access with such an enormous amount of interior space.

That’s what I’m seeing as the perks of the Topo as well, I have a 4Runner now but will be adding a tundra to the fleet for the family and leaning towards topo. A 4WC Project M would be a better camping option, but I don’t want that extra size for DD and trail duties.

Ya I should have included in my statement about not finding that combo on the market *in a sleek design*
I think OVRLND, 4WC, & AT all offer something with similar performance but Topo is by far the best looking, sleekest, and lowest profile.

Is the bungee rope around the canvas necessary? Obviously It’s there to help bring in the walls when closing but just wondering if it’s a total pain to close the top without it? Also are the canvas walls black out or does some light come through?

I'm surprised that people are getting their Mesa so soon. I ordered and paid for my Badlander about a month before the Mesa was officially announced. I'm not upset, just super jealous lol :luvya:. The wait has been killing me. I took an 8 day adventure through southern Utah and northern Az, at the beginning of the month. It was a great trip, just made me want the Topo even more. My install date is 11/4, but I still need to sell my SnugTop. During the trip, my rear ARB locker developed an air leak and has been in the shop for the last two weeks. I was hoping to use that time to sell the shell. It's starting to look like I'll just have to take it to some used camper place and take a big loss on it.

Hands down, great people to support. The camper is even better looking in person. Definitely stoked on the quality and craftsmanship that went into this. 2D442B95-92A0-4316-872C-B7E7E7B6B978.jpg 8CBBC8F8-04B3-4F2C-948F-06FD26659DD7.jpg
