    The Trail Toys patch is in the process of being digitized for stitching right now. I should have the picture of the artwork on Monday and we'll go from there.

    So what would end sizing be or would there be multiple sizes available? I'm not real keen on the small size merit badge. Would like more along the moral badge sizing if possible.

    There's only going to be one size for the merit badges, which hasn't been set in stone yet. I did just read an article about the scouts though. They're increasing the merit badge size from 1.5" to 2.5" in diameter. So they're not a full sized patch, but they're bigger than the old school merit badge.
