Hey all-- after several months of rough starts after refueling, I swapped the purge valve solenoid on my truck. Two trips to gas station later, and its still having some issues starting immediately after. Its not as rough, but it wont start the first try, and the second try required the key turned for probably 5 seconds. Curious if there's something else I should be looking out for, i.e. a vacuum line, the electrical line, etc. Starts up perfectly fine any other time.

Thanks! Its a 2003 V6 if it matters

You could try unhooking the vacuum line from evap purge valve while filling also the line that runs over to the air intake tub. Then rehook them back up after refueling to confirm that's not the issue.
