    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
FYI - 4x4ers -- the instructions indicate that you have to cut the crossmember, as in a standard drop bracket lift.

that sucks about cutting the crossmember. I'm not a big fan in cutting into the original parts. What if I was to sell the truck or drop it lower? Not that I would, but what if?

Looks like you only have to notch it, if Im reading the instructions correctly. Not a big deallio with the appropriate tools.

I was considering this, but since I'm getting the 4x, I have decided against it...

Well, I dont blame ya. Im not a fan of drop braket lifts, as they always seem to cause issues down the line. RCD is a top quality kit, and cutting of the crossmember is no biggie. Looks like its beefed up with a additional part.

With a long travel kit, you get a little more lift, as the A arms are a little longer, thus increasing the ratio of lift.

3k plus install cost... I'm too frugal to spend $4,000 but I want it so bad?

BTW Chris4x4, you working yet? Got an idea. Invent an inexpensive way to get 4.5" lift for our trucks. (Key word INEXPENSIVE) You'd make plenty of cash.

Its not too bad of a cut- as in all drop kits its necessary to notch the cross member, you get all the height and ride qualities! I love the kit as comparison to my coil over kit- It rides 10 times better!

    Thanks! :D
I dont have the money to buy a bunch of steel and experiment. Plus, my welder broke a while back. :(
I still havent finished my last project of makeing a better exhaust. I finished one designe, and it produced some good gains, but Im running into some issues on the second design.
