Earlier I saw a truck pulling a Cyber Truck on a trailer I didn't notice what kind of truck it was. That's the truck I want.

A: WHY would anyone post something about Ridgelines here? It's only Wednesday.
B: Those Malibu Barbie Tonka Toys are not real trucks.
    Real trucks are body-on-frame.
They have real transmissions with actual gears.

Upgrade from a Honda Ridgeline to a Tacoma, big step. But upgrading from a Subaru Baha to a Tacoma, now that’s a mountain climb! Haha…that’s what I did. Put 125K miles on it and sold it on a used car lot down in Nebraska. What a leap I made! Stop laughing!IMG_0973.jpg

    Have a confession to make……..
I purchased a new Ridgeline back in 2009.
It was my daily and tow vehicle for my Integra Type R. It was a nice daily but towing sucked!!!

I sold it and got a used 2002 Tundra V8 and never looked back .

I test drove one before buying my Tacoma. I choose the Tacoma for the off road capabilities, resale value and the factory radio was easy to remove and upgrade.

The Ridgeline rode smoother and had better acceleration. The in bed storage and multi function tailgate were neat, but not functional or practical for my needs. You can't access the in bed storage if the bed is full of stuff. Also, the rear seat folded down like a metal picnic chair and was held up with a cheap metal bar...just like a picnic chair.

The Tacoma has its flaws too.

Honda is shifting back into the “boxy” style like what they did with the new Pilots. Going to be interesting with what they come up with in the next Ridgeline. If they keep it V6, i’m in!

    LS1 swap with nitros.
My 2016 Tacoma has had far more problems than any Honda I have owned, including my 2004 S2000. I’d consider a Ridgeline next just for reliability.

AC evaporator and rear coolant bypass pipe are big enough problems to make a grown man drive a Ridgeline.

Honda has made some neat things over the years. Unfortunately, the good ones always get the axe.

    "Game Over"

Said in a creepy voice! lol

That is a sexy looking 2025 model but it's still not interesting to me.

I had the 2003 Honda Pilot with the 3.5L/V6 and put over 200K miles on it before I had to say goodbye.

The Ridgeline has never been an attractive truck to me...but I won't put people down for buying it.

The Pilot replaced the Honda Passport which was a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo (I purchased a new 5-speed, 1993 Rodeo).

Honda is good quality but they're not really a dedicated truck manufacturer...unlike Toyota which has history with this type of vehicle.
