New rotors cost?

having issues with them chunking, as well as gouging rotors and vibrations/squeals throughout the life of the pad. granted all you have to do is pop them off and take them back then try it again with a new set but i just was exploring other options before i tried my hand at them. i know that the manager of the store i used to work at was telling me they are losing sales because of it. and people are just coming in and demanding a full refund instead of swapping them out, causing AZ to look into and possibly reconsider the lifetime warranty and going to what others have done and just a lifetime against defects and not wear. all this is speculation and heresay as of now but it was enough to get me looking for other options. be a while hopefully anyway before i will need them as my truck only has 5k miles on it right now.
