If you need it shipped, hit up Stan@pcbolts.com. He did 2 full sets for me for really good price and mine have been perfect. They also have different black color options too. PM me if you want to know pricing since he asked me not to post publicly.

Haven’t touched anything yet. I’ve been searching around here on TW for some guidance.

Okay, yeah. You're almost certainly going to need to do a CMC [cab mount chop], which will require cutting back the front corner of the cab mount and welding a new plate onto it. Most any decent off-road shop should be able to do it, or you can do it yourself if you have the tools [saw capable of cutting metal, paint, and welding equipment]. I assume you are rubbing at the back corner of the wheelwell?

Depending on your lift/tire/wheel/everything, you may also need to cut some of the plastic fender inside the wheelwell. With 285s you are usually okay NOT doing this, but if you go to 315s or have a different than usual geometry, there may be some cutting of plastic involved.

You’re correct. The back corners rub pretty bad. I could do the cutting but not the welding. I’ll have to search around here for a good shop. I’ll let you guys know how it goes. Thanks!

Sounds good man, good luck! You can buy the plate from total chaos / bamf / insain fab/ basically any off-road company, but it's not necessarily needed to order -- just have the shop/you pick up steel of the appropriate size and thickness. It's a pretty common procedure so if you're going to get it done at a shop don't let them pull you around too much, price wise.

I have a 2nd Gen and an aftermarket front bumper, but I just removed the front mudflaps and cut a tiny bit away from the fender flares and my rubbing went away. Haven't fully flexed the suspension yet tough:

Also here are my new rims! Been getting some good compliements :muscleflexing:. Haven't been able to take any decent pics yet but here you go. Brushed Copper 17" with 285/70/17. A little more poke in the rear than I wanted but I don't think I'll get hassled and I can swap em out for inspection time anyway.

Only Bilstein 5100s purchased through Headstrong. Set at 2.5 with stock uppers still. I for sure am going to get ADS/King/Fox 2.5 RR coilovers in the future again but I've had these wheels and tires mounted for a while and I couldn't stand to look at stacked on the floor anymore.

I am not super familiar with Toytec stuff, but is it possible you can adjust it .5" higher? I just installed the same size tires and wheels with Bilstein 5100s set at 2.5" and the only rubbing I had was about a 1/4" of fender flare. Which didn't stand a chance against my dremel, btw..
