I think @Gunshot-6A has this setup, he answered this same question for me a week ago or so when i was thinking the same thing. It looks fine to me, but still may pull the trigger on the 265/75/16 Falkens lol, just do it all at once right?!

@VADER , Correct-a-mundo! 265/70R16 Cooper RTXs. Great tire. I think it looks just fine and not "stretched". Prob gonna go 265/75 ST Maxx before the snow starts flying.

Not sure how this is possible after hours of research and looking at hundreds of pictures but with them installed on my truck I don't think I like them.

With the difference in backspacing and inch wider wheel I think they poke out too much.

I am running stock tires until I lift it so a little taller tire might help. My buddy says they will grow on me.

From the side they look great, I still love the color and look of the wheel itself. These are the Ray 10's in Matte Bronze.

Just a tire with an aggressive sidewall would make all the difference. Of course, a small lift with taller and slightly wider tires couldn't hurt.

I powder coated the bolts with a cheap gun from Harbor Freight.

They turned out okay, layered the coat too heavy on a couple of them but don't think anyone will notice. Surprised how durable they were when tightening them down.

$75 all in including the $7 toaster oven from Goodwill. I'll snap a better after pic in the sunlight for comparison.

Hey Everyone, Here's what I've done so far. Removed front mud flaps. One lost a mounting screw and hung down and got a groove wore in it by the tire so I kinda had to but I like it better without them. The other screws were loose so if you want to keep them you might want to check the screws. Contemplating removing the other ones. Removed nerf bars. Added Bilstein 5100's front and back. Front lifted 1". Wanted to stay close to stock and maintain some rake. Cooper Discoverer AT3 LT's 265/75/16's. And Ray 10's. Awesome wheels.2013 Tacoma.jpg

Here is one in case you missed it. I had the same questions.

Here is mine. There was a car parked in the spot so had to shoot over the hood.

Is that picture lightened up? That's the brightest looking Matt dark bronze I've seen.

They were in direct sunlight. And just shot with my iPhone 6s.

This was in the garage at work. I’ve noticed they really change color in lighting.
