Well after almost damn near two years I think I’m ready to join the “Vin” club with my bypasses and stoptechs...and the rays!

Is someone able to post some pics of their truck with -38 offset Ray 10s, and the -10. With the -38 do they rub a lot if you get the body chop? Thanks

I believe they are the 17x8.5 which has the 4.3 backspacing. Looking on scs it’s hard to make out but maybe -10? Yea man it’s a good time.

I got the Ray10s in 17x9 et-38 and mounted my 265/70 Falken Wildpeaks a few weeks ago. Serious rubbing. Had to use the heat gun on the wheel well and cut some plastic away. That helped a good deal, but still rubbing a lot on the body mount. Ordered the BAMF body mount chop and will do that soon, then should be good to go.

Is that a normal problem? Is it with the 8.5s as well? I bought the 17x8.5s and was going to put either 265/70 or 255/80 on them

Different offset, you wont rub / poke out as bad but you'll have some. With stock suspension and 265/70r17 ray's (the 17x8's) you'll rub at full lock in reverse or slight incline/declines. Some trimming / mudflap removal may be needed but not as bad as with the 17x9s.
