I prepped my order by first logging into paypal on a separate tab a few minutes prior to get my browser cookies set. Then when the orders opened up I added stuff to my shopping cart and checked out with the paypal button. No paypal login required. Click click done.

The Ray 10's really are nice looking wheels in any color. It's a very unique design how the holes span the bend in the wheel. I can't go anywhere without someone commenting on them.

Excuse my ignorance but are the extended threads required for the SR8's? I didn't know any better and ordered the standard length from SCS along with my SR8's.

My email says packages 2 and weight of 120lbs. Then click on tracking and under ups it says 61lbs. I think I'm only getting a few wheels lol.

No such thing as ignorance when you're trying to learn. Honestly I'm sure they sold you the right lug nuts. Should be 12mm x 1.5 but check with them and I bet it's all good. @SCSPerformance are just too dedicated to their profession and products to allow us to make simple mistakes. Just shoot them an email.

And to answer your question, the extended thread lugs are just preferred because as the name implies, there's more of the lug nut being screwed down on the stud which just makes for a more secure connection. The key factor is to NOT to use the OEM lug nuts that have the washer built in which with these (and most aftermarket) wheels becaus they will damage the lug holes and just wont get enough bite on the stud to be safe. Again, as long as you bought the lug nuts with your wheels from SCS, you're golden.

Can you guys just have a neighbor sign for them? I'm not 100% positive but I believe the shipper can contact the carrier and change the delivery status to not require a signature. If that's safe for you guys you could try that. I know for a fact the receiver of the shipment cannot change anything. Has to be the shipper. Been there, tried that.

Cool, thanks. Yes I bought them from SCS and bought the correct thread pitch but was unsure if there was some reason that the extended were required. Your explanation makes total sense. :)
