I have three question, to the bilstein 5100s lift your truck with the stock coilover, and if they are set at 2.5" what size AAL to I need to keep the truck level without the TSB, lastly do I need longer u-bolts

The Bilsteins will provide up to 2.5" of lift with the factory coil springs. If you set them to 2.5", you will likely need a 2" AAL for Non-tsb springs, for it to sit close to level. And longer you bolts are not required for most AALs.
