I’m not sure if I follow you, could you please elaborate? What makes the BS Bizzaks uniquely suited for black ice?

Needs more siping and the steelies are lame.

Steel oxidizes worse than aluminum when exposed to salted road conditions - 4th grade science book.
Weak rant as well, kinda baseless. 4/10 (only because I am laying on the beach, in the sun, posting this) otherwise 3.1/10. :canada::canada::canada:

The composition. They’re soft. Nokians are good too but I’ve used blizzaks for years. Great control.

I would take stubbed tires for black ice. About to do another alcan/Alaska highway run. Alaska only blows their road no salt or gravel.

I installed blizzaks too...hands down favourite winter tires at that price point. Hakkas so expensive :/

You know what though? Steelies hold their air better in really cold weather. Aluminum/magnesium will leak a bit. I don’t really give a crap what they look like in the winter lol.

We run studded tires here in Calgary. Ideal for ice conditions! :)

How do you like the 245s? I know they're about the same diameter at
Agreed! Best winter tires imo if you can't stud in your area. Blizzaks pretty awesome too especially on packed snow and ice.

I just put them on so. Seem fine. they’re actually a bit taller than the sport wheels.

Not bad looking steelies! I'm sure those tires will help a ton.
