I added these step sides to my 2015 Tacoma yesterday. I think the silver along the side of the truck really dresses it up and it certainly makes it easier for my wife Sarah to get into the truck. I ordered them from Amazon.com from a company called Auto Max Styling in California and they cost $170 with free shipping. What do you guys think?

What he means is; you should have added rock sliders . . .

But he's right; as long as you're happy

As long as the wife is happy.

My GF is still pissed about me removing the factory running boards from my LC.
Well not pissed, but sometimes still complains.

When you ask for opinions here you're going to get a slant towards many people thinking your Taco should only be used for, or at least look like, a hard core off roader. Consider with a grain of salt. Personally I like what you've done. That's what personalization's about.

If you need to ask you don't need them. They look similar to side steps but they're heavier duty and basically act as a bumper for the sides of your truck.

I like the OP's steps. They look better than the stock Toyota ones. I'd get those exact ones myself, if I did not off road.
