Whats up TW? Been lurking since I bought my 2013 TRD offroad dcsb prerunner a month ago and figured it was time to say hello. I have 4x4 envy but I still love the truck! Looking for local folks, prerunner friendly trails, and cool build ideas.

There are countless 2WD friendly trails in Southern California, not to mention you have the e-locker so you're plenty capable.

I had a locked Prerunner years ago and that thing kicked ass out here in the desert/mountain terrain, I went on plenty of runs with mostly 4x4 guys and rarely had to sit out a trail. Just don't expect to climb any walls

 

Haha yeah I figure as long as I'm not a dumb ass trying to use a 2wd in snow, mud, and deep sand I'll be able to get out and have some fun in nature. It would just be nice to drive it somewhere other than then the 405.

 

I can already feel my wallet burning a hole in my pocket. Perhaps i should stay away from these forums so that I can still afford rent! haha jk
