    Hi All,

Finally got around to registering. I've had my Tacoma for about 6 months now and I'm loving it. I started out with a Chevy S10 2wd, which I made the most of, but was never what I wanted. Did a lot of highway so i got a Volvo S60 T5. I loved that car, but turbos lead to a much more sensitive engine in its old age, and repairs were getting ridiculous.

Friends of mine had Tacoma's growing up, I've always loved them. So as soon as I decided to get back in a truck it was TACOMA ALL THE WAY!

Been a happy owner for 6 months now and I'm not looking back. I'm a little ashamed of those car days.. lol

    2013 4wd v6 SR5 DCLB Forest Mica.

First thing i did was trim those mudflaps, I feel like the fronts were going to bottom on a speed bump even whats up with those.

Then come winter I was able to justify to myself loosing those weak stock SR5 tires, got 265/75-16 Toyo Open Country 6 ply thanks to all the information on the forum here.

Along with that I pretended to myself that I needed at lift even though its well documented that they fit without, so I went Billy5100 at 1.75 on the front and a 1.25" block in the rear, stock rear shock. Also, huge thanks to the forum on info there.

I think it's sitting pretty right now but this only gave me the ITCH :eek:and now I want to do it all. Unfortunately I don't really have anywhere to offroad (unless some NH guys fill me in, I'm new to the state) so I don't want to go crazy on that end, but I'm looking at the following.

    IFS Skid
Custom Sliders (maybe. I can weld so why buy?)
    aux reverse lights
    backup camera switch mod
    bed cargo lights
    pop-lock tailgate handle or e-lock
Small Subwoofer (drivers side only, I need the rest of that behind the seat space)
And lastly (for now) maybe do something with that plastic section of the front bumper, I think it looks like ass. And ideas? I think even a diamond plate replacement or something would be nice looking.

Anyways not sure if anyone even reads these introductions. I'm just venting some excitement about the truck and my first mods! Thanks for the amazing informational resource guys, I hope to start contributing some write ups of my own and find some other Taco's to get off-road with.
