Yea of course that decal would be wrong/incorrect because it would be labeling an SR as a TRD off road which it is not. But if you like the way the decal looks on your truck I say throw it on. It is your truck, and on your truck do what you think looks best despite what the next person might have to say or think.

Awesome manual truck btw and welcome to TW

One of the best looking trucks I've seen on TW. Access cab with a MT.

They make nice looking stickers that are more specific to your truck.

I looked for a SR 4x4 decal I could not find one. Maybe I will cut the TRD off......
    Wheels are on the list.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
Decals as well as other mods are a personal thing -- If you (and maybe your significant other) like them -- put them on . My take on decals -- if I had a truck that came with them -- I would take them off. That's not important --IT IS WHAT YOU like.
There can be differences of opinion here as well -- my wife liked the dark wheels ( seems to be the big trend these days (who cares)) I had ordered on my SR5 -- I could not bring myself to like them -- They are now on somebody elses truck --he loves them.

Nothing wrong with it. If you like it, that's all that matters. Look at all the people that put the Pro Grill, TRD 4runner rims, or any other accessory on their truck. I never understood why they bash people about putting on the stickers. I've never seen a post bashing someone for putting on the grill, rims,etc.. Just my 2 cents..

It's a lie and every other Tacoma owner that sees it will know it. It's kind of like when you see someone put "V8" badging on the V6 or 4 cyl truck. If I saw a SR Tacoma with the TRD 4X4 stickers my first reaction would be "yeh right".

....but it's your truck, do what you want.

Im liking the SR's more and more. Only thing I wonder is......Why Toyota left the front bumper black? I mean come one....really. They couldnt possibly be saving much money, if any, by doing that. Probably cost them money to keep it black. Just finish the damn paint job haha.

Thats just on the Utility model SRs that us cheap bastids bought. They were meant to be work/fleet trucks and the unpainted bumper doesnt show scratches like a painted one would. I prefer my "beard" to the painted bumper as I live 1.5 miles down a rocky dirt road.
