So I think I have narrowed it down to the carrier bearing and possibly the pinion bearing. Has anyone had an issue with their pinion bearing? And how did you replace it? I'm thinking about just taking it to a shop.

Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
You can usually tell when its an uneven balance because at certain speeds you will notice quite a bit of vibration through the steering wheel.

If you have rotated the tires and still notice that it still does it, you can get a floor jack lift up one tire in the front and push/pull back and forth on the tire to check for slop and then determine if it's the steering, ball joints, or even wheel bearings.

Lets just hope the wheels aren't bent or you're not dealing with morons balancing the tires.

Issue has been resolved! The truck shop determined that it was a bad U-Joint. They replaced the bad joint, greased all the others, and did a fluid flush on the tranny. Parts and labor cost me $341. The vibration is gone and the truck shifts SOOOO much smoother now. Thanks for all the help from everyone who chimed in on here!
