New suspension installed.. weird grinding/clunk sound

    Got the fox’s on, but I have a grinding type sound upon fast compression and release. Not really a pop or clunk, its like a grrr, grrr, once on the compression and once on release.. doesn’t do it unless it compresses fairly quickly. I can’t get a video to upload.

    i think i may have found it. I believe its the sway bar rubbing on the front supports/skid plate brackets..

    Check to see if your sway bar is hitting the coils. Unless you installed a spacer, that could be it.

    i dont believe its hitting the coils, but its definately hitting the skid supports.

    PM replied to OP.

    We've found the sway bar spacer/reservoir mount is actually a bit too tall which pushes the sway bar down just enough to hit the skid plate. We fix this by simply adding a few washers in between the skid plate mounts. Simple fix

    All the things!
    I had the same issue with my ADS. The sway bar relocation brackets pushed the sway bar down into the frame supports (just like OP's situation). I too had to ditch the sway bar.
