New suspension plus what else? Please help me shop! :)

Hey everyone, I got the frame recall replacement performed on my 2007 Tacoma several months ago and I want to do a full overhaul on the suspension since the drive isn't very comfortable. I'm seeking help choosing which kind of suspension and advice on any other parts (ie. motor mounts) that could potentially have something to do with causing vibrating/shaking issues I get between 60-70 mph.

It's a 2WD 2.7L 5spd m/t. ~150,000 miles.

I don't think I'm interested in lifting/big tires due to 2WD and small engine. If money wasn't an object I'd install a turbo and give the daily driver a bit more of a kick, so I'm thinking a suspension to suit that idea is the way to go.

I'd really appreciate hearing your thoughts, experiences and advice on what type of suspension setup to go with or any kits/brands you'd recommend. Thanks very much and I look forward to chatting!
