Hey everybody!! Haven’t posted in a while so I thought I’d show everyone my progress! Last week I got some SCS 17’s wrapped in 295/70/17 toyo R/T and icon coilovers, add a leaf, uca, rear shocks on! The truck finally feels like it’s supposed to. After some very light plastic trimming I have no rubbing on the street, but the cmc is happening next week as this thing does see some off road. I also installed a Yakima rack and bed stiffeners for my roof top tent and also because the rack occasionally carries ladders and lumber for work. If anyone has questions about fitment or alightment I’m happy to help! Especially as I know 295 is a little bigger than most go. (Pulling the sawzall out on my first ever new vehicle was a hard thing to do) 607A45F9-BCA9-4F44-BA88-8958B28834D5.jpg E19DFD67-6850-47C0-BF6C-752697F21E25.jpg 607A45F9-BCA9-4F44-BA88-8958B28834D5.jpg E19DFD67-6850-47C0-BF6C-752697F21E25.jpg A59806A8-BBFD-4E87-8B88-A5DB1C73ECB3.jpg 2BB27B7A-43BC-4D4E-806D-46D241E93AEF.jpg

Any pictures of the trimming you did up front? I have 285/70r17s on Ray 10's, thinking about making the jump to Kings/UCAs.

Looks great - in hindsight I should have went for the 295s since I did the CMC to fit my 285s

Thanks man, did you go with the 700lb spring model (58635-700) or the standard model (58635)?

Standard springs. With those and the add a leaf without the overload spring I sit about a half inch higher in the back which is perfect for me. Keep in mind that is with the shell. I left the coilovers at the setting they came out of the box with. I will probably upgrade the springs when I get the southern style bumper and winch

Gotcha, I have a Lo-Pro front bumper (100lbs ish), I'm going with 700lb springs, but you have me considering the Icons over kings now... decisions. Everything I've read says King's ride the best, but the Icon's would save me a couple hundred bucks. And I don't know if I'll like the blue forever.

Looks great. I too recently jumped up to 295's(75r16) and SCS wheels and am very glad I did...now the the cutting, chopping and hammering is done at least.

I can’t speak for off road ride but these are so much better than stock on the street that I can’t imagine anything being noticeably better. I don’t usually put my name to products but I fully endorse these. I say go with these and use that other cash for other cool stuff

Hey here’s a pic! It’s ugly I know I need to fix it up and I have some fender material to cover it with but not rubbing with this! No trimming on the front but that may be because my caster is at 4.1

    Awesome, thank you.
Im on a 3" Revtech lift with 285's. Before the lo-pro bumper I had zero rub. Then all the sudden I was rubbing on the front of the fenders on both sides. I trimmed just the smallest amount, and melted some plastic to push it forward (kept the inner fender liner and everything). Now I just rub on the rear of the passenger wheel well.
Thinking really hard about doing Icons w/ 700lb springs, Icon ball joint UCA's, rear shocks and their progressive AAL. I'd only be at $2400 to my door... It's only money right :notsure:

That’s what I’ve got except for the shocks, lemme know how those go. The money doesn’t hurt too bad until a friend says “looks sick did you go with rough country”

    Rough Country

Honestly, doubt I will be able to tell a difference with the rear shocks, but I figure if I'm going this far I might as well...
