    I don't think I'll be winning any contests with this base 2010. Just wanting a good, solid mule.

    Doing my research, there really was no contest. (Nissan used to be more toe-to-toe. Not so much anymore, it seems. Was considering Ford Ranger, but... nah.)

    This was the ONLY new stick shift on the entire lot!! (What's up with that??) I was looking high & low for a good score on a used rig, but it always kept coming back to this. $17K brand spankin' new w/ crazy low depreciation? I can do that!

    Anyway, I'm looking forward to knowing the extended Tacoma community & getting the scoop on maintenance & mod's.
