First post - I just traded from an '09 335i to my new mag grey '11 DC TRD O/R with 7mi and love it! But yes, in case you're wondering, parting with the 335i was bittersweet (if only I could have both). It's been a while since I had a truck, but I'm looking forward to getting some quality outdoors time soon and reading through the off-road and modding threads! Now, to find some spots in VA...

Thanks - I used to have an '06 Trailblazer SS, so when it comes to communities like this I know it's equally important to join the right forum. From all the others out there this looked to be the one.

335i for Tacoma...great trade! 4 weeks ago I traded my 08 335i for my 2011 TRD Sport and by the way its the same color as yours. You will love it. That bimmer was like most women...expensive to maintain. It was so freaking fun to drive though. I will miss it a little, but I know I got a keeper in my Tacoma. I'm in the process of completely redoing the audio system...the stock stereo is garbage. Other that that I absolutely love my truck.

Couldn't agree more. I traded it in w/ 49.3k mi...just before all the expensive stuff would go on me. Would love to hear what you do with the audio...I'm contemplating tinkering with the sound, too (L7 it ain't...).

L7 it is not for sure. So, far I've replaced the head unit with an Alpine CDA-117. Awesome head unit - great tuning abilities. Other than that, I plan on getting some 6.5" components up front, 6.5" coaxials in rear, and 1 10" sub, all powered by a 5 channel amp. Just gonna do it piece by piece as the budget allows. BTW, you would not believe the improvement the head unit was to to the stock speakers. I can actually hear the stereo loud and clear now with the windows down. Doesn't sound that impressive but with the stock unit that was impossible. Already sounds 500% better.
