As I drove mine, I went from too stiff, to a little soft lol. They break in big time. I've got airbags now, I can have it as stiff as I like, or as soft.

I would start with dropping the tire pressure. Whoever did my PDI decided to set the tires to 40 psi (Must be preset on air compressor) and the truck rode rough. I dropped the pressure down to 32 or 33 or whatever my spec is and it drove much nicer. Funny a dealership would allow this to happen as many may assume its the truck considering its brand new and be unhappy.

An educated consumer would check tire pressure daily since we essentially have it in the dash. That said totally unacceptable from the dealer

Assuming you have the feature. Both my 2016 and 2020 have a simple dummy light if the tire pressure drops below a certain threshold. No actual reading on the tire pressure. Quite common with Canadian Tacoma's from my understanding. Additionally while TPMS is usually reliable there can be a light accuracy variance. I only really trust a good old handheld tire pressure gauge.

If it's empty 32PSI is too high, that's the spec for a loaded truck, if it's empty you should run much lower. IIRC when I had my truck weighed it was 4700 with 2050 on the back axle. The load charts I saw didn't even go as low as 1025 on a tire, they stopped at 1700lbs with a tire pressure of 24PSI at that load. I run 26-27 (just enough to keep the TPMS light off) when empty.
