New Taco Owner--advise needed on TOB

Greetings!

Great forum here. Decided to join the taco bandwagon and went ahead and purchased a used 05 6 speed. Looking for advise regarding the release bearing..I searched these forums left right and center...tbh, I just ended up more confused. I am hoping I can tap into the vast knowledge available on this forum to help me execute the right course of action. So, heres where I'm at !

The TSB released for the TOB issue, from what I understand, is a redesigned TOB that solves the problem completely. Anyone here had any success? I have noted some posters stating they just had to continuously return, but not sure if this was before or after the re-design of the TOB by Toyota.

Many members recommend the URD sleeve kit, with a permanent fix essentially being a brand new clutch and fly wheel from URD themselves. However, after going over multiple forums, some people are suggesting that the sleeve kit didn't work THAT well for them and the squeal returned anyways. So here is where I am stalled...not sure what the best way to approach it would be. Its only got 170 000 km...clutch was replaced around 120k. Links, comments, referrals all appreciated !
