Well I couldn't afford a real tacoma so I settled for a i4 double cab. I've been wanting a tacoma for a long time. I did get a great deal with bumper to bumper warrantee and certification.
Now I need to find some tacoma wheels. these cookie cutters are hideous.

Welcome. Don't know how mechanically savvy you are, but I hope you know that the truck you bought is probably what's called a five lug truck. Go out and count how many lug nuts on one wheel. If it is a 5 lug truck you'll have to look hard to find a wheel/tire combo that fits without rubbing. You can go to the 5 lug thread for more info.

After looking around the forum, I think I'm gonna go for a street look instead of the fake off road look it seems more practical and clean. any tips on wheel fitment and leveling? I don't want to compromise my bumper to bumper and power train warrantee.

Again, check out the 5 lug thread for ideas. I looked at the base 5 lug before I bought my PreRunner, and like you, I just couldn't get over how small the tires looked. I did some reading, and from what I recall, the largest tire possibility was a 235/75-16.

One good thing is, the X-Runner was based on the 5 lug truck, so you might do a little research on that thread as well. Good luck with your upgrades.
