New Tacoma Fog Light Question

I've read multiple fog light threads on here and my situation is a little different than what I have found so far.

I have a 2021 SR. The relay for the fog lights is already in the fuse box, and there is wiring to the fog lights, but no fog lights. Behind the switch panel there are two switches, already installed, they just sit in two of the three little dummy slots.

Would anyone know if these are for the fog light switch? Seemingly I could just buy fog lights, a switch, and plug it all in but this seems too easy and may I am missing something.

it might be that easy, colors of the wires will help identify what they are for (pics would help, to imbed you need to use a hosting site but you can copy and paste screenshots)
fog switch was integrated into the lighting stalk at some point but I don't know when for sure
