1st. Mod - Banks 3" Monster Cat back exhaust. 2st. Mod - LED dome and reading lights. 3rd Weathertech floor mats and next in the mail are performance pedals.
I would like to say hello to all of you on this site. This is the first time owning a Tacoma. It was so very hard getting rid of my 1996 Fully Loaded Chevy Suburban. I have owned my 2012 Tacoma TRD sport 4X4 LB since October 2012 and I officially can say I love this truck. So far I have installed a Banks Monster Exhaust, LED dome lights, Weathertech floor mats and in the mail are performance pedals. Looking towards Headers and CAI. all the post I have read on here have been very informative and helpful on deciding what MOD I will do next. Thanks.

    JJ

-Highboy, Thanks glad to be here.

    -Meachamgw, Thanks also.

About the Banks monster exhaust this is the first Performance mod i installed so far.

    -Easy install

-Love punching the gas from stop to over 60 mph.
(Sound gets super deep and loud) 800rpm to redline

-Love it on the freeway at steady speeds. I drive a steady 80mph.
    (Great deep tone) 2250-2500rpm

-Hate it when i have to Go super slow and then slowly build up speed. (Gets super loud and somewhat anoying) 800-2500rpm

    -Cabin drone is loud.
(Louder on the driver side, passenger side isnt as loud)

-need to stop by a muffler shop and get it welded, not to into having clamps.

All in all I like this exhaust system alot, Exaust tip is slick looking and very nice. 3" tubing is nice and beefy. before i bought the banks monster i was looking at the Dual Flowmaster. I didnt like how the dual exhaust Pipes looked from the back of the car. So I rolled the dice and went with Banks.
I would like to see what headers and CAI do to the sound of this Exhaust.

So my next mod is going to need to give me some kind of low end power.
Any suggestion would be great. :)

    JJ
