Sounds like its going to be a bigger project than I thought

Anyway, can you talk/show/explain, what is wrong, and what I need to do to fix it? Besides just taking it off.

Just found out today that upper ball joints drivers side hits coil spring when I hit a bump or something...:frusty:

Hey Sean no worries , its new to you & at least your trying to straighten out someone elses mess, first off the spacer lift is usually a solid round chunk of aluminum drilled out to fit stock config. But those things you have on there now could be down right dangerous, as far as the Ubolts go Stock Ubolts are square on top to wrap evenly around the leafsprings, the ones you have would be great if they were going around the axle (like a flip kit) But just be careful with your ride till you change all that shit....hope this helps

yea... bad ubolts.. didnt notice that. everything is easy to remove, and when its all gone, the tire size should be listed on your driver door panel like inside on the metal somewhere, stock for a 4x4 trd are 265/70/16's i know forsure.

Okay, so I need to take out the block under the leafs, straighten up leafs, and replace ubolt on back(any ideas on where to get a ubolt?)

On the front I'm not entirely sure what needs to come out/replaced...?

You'll have to get a set of spring compressors for the front. The spring spacer on the top of the coil.

Hey sean the scribble in blue you see are the 3 attachment points for your front shock/coil spring, you need to take off the 3 nuts holding it in place & take off the big nut/bolt at the bottom of shock to remove...

I wouldn't remove the stuff until you get the new lift components and do it all at once. Especially if you're compressing springs anyway. And you can retain most of the lift height so your tires won't rub.
