so I recently gave up on Chevys, I bought an 07 Tacoma, not a try. I'm doing a 2 inch leveling kit and some 255/75/17s the truck came with steelies and I got alloys. Seems like the wheels studs are pretty short, do I need to get longer studs or what. I'm sure this is a common issue, I appreciate any advise. Thanks

Check with the wheel manufacturer for the proper lug nuts to use. Many wheels will require you to use a different lug nut than what came from the factory on your truck. Most (but not all) aftermarket wheels do not require changing the studs, but using the incorrect lug nuts can lead to serious issues.
