We are looking to have our long travel kit retail around $2500. It will run the uniball in the same configuration as our stock width LCA to obtain more ground clearance.

Here is some info on the kit that we plan on designing and building:

    -3.5" per side
    -2wd/ 4wd compatible
-Boxed lower arms with 4130 tubed uppers
-Uppers will feature high quality FK heims and FK uniballs
-Lowers will use Delrin inner bushings with FK uniballs
    -4140 heat treated tierod extension
    -stainless steel extended brake lines

Here are pics of the Dirt King UCA's I received. They have an introductory sale price right now. The gusset appears to be different than the Icon and Total Chaos ones. They look beefier to me. They came assembled and with clear instructions on how to install them. I anticipate that the 90 degree zerk fittings will make these relatively easy to grease. I'm happy with what I see. They were packaged very well for shipping and I received them the day after I ordered them. It helps to live couple hours away though.

I was told that these Dirt King UCA's are MIG welded with 0.120" wall 4130 chromoly tubing. It uses a 1-inch FK WSSX16T stainless steel ball joint.

I will install them in a few weeks after the used Icon coilovers I purchased get rebuilt.

We are closing in on the completion of these. We are looking forward to having these crossed off our list and moving on to the Tacoma Long Travel Kits.

Thanks for the complement. We are know for our Nissan products and are eager to bring ourselves into the Toyota world and show what we have to offer.

Thanks. We do not have any plans in the near future to do any 1st gen Tacoma products or kits but are open to whatever. We have a 4x8 CNC torchmate for prototyping and one off products as well as our CNC mill and lathe which allows us to take on just about anything and get it all done in house with a quick turnaround time.

I installed the Dirt King UCA's with Icon 2.5 in coilovers extended travel. The alignment was done this morning. Got my caster to 2.5 and the rest to 0. The uniball is quiet. Truck handles great with the new suspension and UCA upgrade.

Looks great. Those Icons are a good choice. Icon builds some of the highest quality shocks out on the market.
