    Why own a Tacoma if you are just gonna knock it so much?
    Sure, it's had it's problems but who lead the segment? Would you rather have a 2002 Chevy Colorado? Those were notoriously crappy trucks. The Tacomas can at least hold their value. I feel like I am on a MotorTrend comment section with all the flag-waving, beer-bellied hicks saying I am a dirty commie for not buying American.
    I have had 0 issues (apart from broken door handle) with my 2002 Tacoma. That kind of peace of mind has assured me that my next pickup will be another Tacoma. Toyota earned it.
    I think people are just mad their their up-to 10 year old Tacoma won't be the most recent soon. lol

    The only real news is that we can finally stop speculating because REAL information is confirmed to be coming down the pipe. No more fake photoshopped images of the gen 3 Tacoma. We also know that this is a full re-do and not just another refresh.
    I would say if you just got a new Tacoma you are in a good place. 10 years is a long time to iron out the bugs and you more than likely have a very reliable truck that will last a long time.

    I scrape mine and then they fog over and refreeze about 30 seconds later , probably a lot more winter humidity here on the coast

    No. It will be completely redesigned accordingly. More gimmicks, more interior gizmos, different exterior, rear power window, considerable trd package upgrade. Diesel option, new engine and transmission. An overhaul that's been much needed, screw being basic.
