    OK, I won't.

As far as someone you know having CAD files of it, I call total BS.

That was before social media and serious video games. We had more time on our hands.

I hear that they'll be going back to a five-speed transmission since the six-speed sucks. (j/k)

My guess is the Gen 4 will come out offering a 2.4L turbo and/or a naturally asperated version of the V35A. The Tundra of course will have the V35A Turbo version.

Toyota has already said they are going to a global platform. I think it’s going to be a bastardized Hilux to meet American safety standards but keeping the Tacoma name.

I would want them to opt for a v6 turbo option similar to fords Eco boost motor. Using that for reference could work because those Eco boosts are pretty reliable. Obviously Toyota would have to make changes for it to hit their standards, but a simple de tune of the Eco boost could do wonders because that motor is exceptional in a full size, I can only imagine it in a taco. The older versions (2014) had 365 horse and 420 ft lbs torque. Imagine Toyota starts with the same platform and simply dials back the boost for less wear on the motor, and tunes around 300 horse and 370 torque? That would feel superb in these trucks assuming they don't get too much bigger and heavier as most cars these days do. Another thing I hope for in the 4th gen, keep mid-size a true mid size-truck.
